What candles are recommended?

For all our products we recommend using a dripless candle. A dripless candle is designed not to drip wax when burned properly. This will ensure no residue, wax, staining or discolouring of the product.

Are Candles included?

All our Candle holders are sold without Candles.

What Materials are used?

Copper: Untreated, pure copper piping is used to make all our candle holders. Over time the copper will discolour giving the product a more raw and industrial look. The copper can be cleaned to restore its original shine and colour.

Concrete: We mix our concrete with various other binders to ensure a smooth, sturdy and strong candle holder. All our products are handmade and each piece will have it’s own unique concrete finish. As concrete forms air bubbles, you may notice very small cosmetic imperfections in the bases, which we believe only add to it’s industrial look. Some slight discoloration may take place over time due to the nature of the material. We do protect and seal ALL concrete products with a matt protection, however we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight.

After care for my product?

We have treated the copper with a protective coating to keep it’s lustre, however over time due to the nature of the material some discolouring may occur giving the product a more raw industrial look.  You can use a copper polish to restore some shine. Try to avoid over touching the copper.

Orders & Returns

How long will my order take?

Each design and product is hand crafted and handmade. Please allow one week for us to make your personal piece.

Postage allowance times:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT metro areas between 3 and 10 business days.
  • Perth and Adelaide between 5 and 12 business days.
  • Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cains) between 12 and 18 business days.
Customer Service Policy?

HOTO Design is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are available and in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order after completing the transaction you may contact us via email hello@hotodesign.com.au with 24 hours of your order being placed/submitted. Orders outside 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
How do I order on-line?

If you would like to purchase a product, click the ADD TO CART button to add it to your shopping cart. Some items are also available in a variation of colours, please choose your desired colour before adding to cart. You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart. Your CART will be located in the top right hand corner of your screen. When you would like to proceed to payment, click on the CHECK OUT button to finalise your oder and purchase your product.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product we offer a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” unless the order is cancelled within 24hours of making the purchase online.

For Damaged items, notification must be made via email hello@hotodesign.com.au within 24 hours.

For All returns, Please return in original, unmarked/undamaged condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

Shipping

Where does HOTO design Ship to?

We will deliver to any address within Australia. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally at this time. Please contact us if you are an international buyer at hello@hotodesign.com.au

Delivery Charges?

Our freight charges are dependant on the size and weight or your order and are calculated accordingly. Freight charges will vary depending on delivery address.

We do offer FREE PICKUP from our Richmond VIC warehouse.
